We have updated our subscriptions system to give you more freedom to create your personalised delivery service. You still get to choose which coffees you want, how many and how often but now you will be able to change the order details yourself whenever you want. In addition you can also change or update your other account details. Unfortunately the system doesn't allow customers to opt to collect their coffee from us. If you want to collect your order please contact us so we can modify your subscription.
Set Up a Subscription
To set up a subscription just browse all the coffees on the Coffee page. When you select a coffee you now have the option to select Subscription and choose the Delivery Frequency before adding the coffee to your basket.
When you go to the checkout fill in your Address and Payment Details in the usual way and then on the confirmation page be sure to Register Account.
To Edit a Subscription
You can access your Subscription information via your account login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Subscriptions by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
